Gooey Biscoff Filled Fudge Brownies
The BEST Biscoff brownies! Rich chocolate fudge brownies layered with gooey Biscoff cookie butter, which is swirled into the top. Finished with Lotus Biscoff cookied!
What you'll need:
- Brown sugar
- Powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder
This recipe is super simple! Start by whisking together the wet ingredients - the oil, water, vanilla and eggs.
Then sift the dry ingredients on top - the flour, sugars and cocoa powder. No need to waste time with extra bowls!
Stir together with a spatula until you have a good thick batter. Spread about two thirds of this into a lined baking tray.

Pour melted Biscoff over the brownie base, to form a nice thick layer of Biscoff that will ooze out of the baked brownies.
TIPS ON BISCOFF
Top with the remaining brownie batter and then use a toothpick to swirl.
Add some Biscoff cookies and bake!
For best, most fudgy results, remove from the oven when a few crumbs are still sticking to the toothpick and cool completely in the pan before slicing
