Soft and Gooey Cinnamon Roll Blondies
The ultimate cinnamon roll blondie bar! These easy cinnamon sugar blondies are loaded with cream cheese chips and a cinnamon sugar swirl. Finished with cream cheese frosting.
- Brown sugar
- Baking powder
- Cream cheese chips
Start by whisking together your butter and sugars, then add the eggs and vanilla.
Sift in the dry ingredients and fold through the cream cheese chips.
Pour into a lined pan and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar. Use a knife to swirl this through the batter.
Bake in the center of a pre-heated oven until a toothpick comes out mostly clean and then let cool before frosting and slicing!
