To make the cookie dough bites, you'll need: - Heat-treated flour - Sugar - Brown sugar - Butter - Vanilla - Salt - Chocolate chips

You'll mix the ingredients together similar to making normal cookie dough and then form small bite size pieces. Freeze these in prep for your rolls.

The dough follows the same processes as my other brioche rolls, including a slow overnight proof.
