For these rolls you'll need: - Brioche dough - Sweetened condensed milk - Shredded coconut - Almond flour - Almond extract - Cinnamon - Ginger

After your dough's first proof (in the fridge overnight), mix your filling ingredients together in a bowl.

Roll the dough out into a long rectangle and spread your filling over the surface. Then roll into a tight log.
