Easy Easter Traybake - Cadbury's Mini Egg Chocolate Brownies
Easy recipe for Cadbury's mini egg brownies. These decadent and gooey chocolate fudge brownies are given an easy and colourful Easter twist with mini egg candies.
What you need:
- Cocoa powder
- Brown sugar
- Powdered sugar
- Mini Eggs!!
Start by making a classic fudgy brownie batter.
Stir the dry ingredients together.
Whisk the wet ingredients together.
Then add the dry to the wet.
Once your batter comes together, it's time to add your mini eggs!
Fold these in - you want the eggs distributed in the batter but try not to mix too much.
Then pour the batter into a lined square baking tray.
Spread out evenly and top with some spare mini eggs to add a bit of colour to the top of the bake.
Once baked, let cool in the tray for 2 hours - patience is the key to fudgy brownies!!
