Easy three ingredient curd: - Grapefruits (juiced) - Sugar - Egg yolks Note - you can use store-bought juice, but this needs to be fresh, not from concentrate.

This is a one-pan recipe. Simply place all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk while cooking over a medium heat.

Once the sugar has dissolved, cook the mixture until thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon.

When thickened, decant in a heatproof bowl or jar to cool. The mixture will continue to thicken and set.
