My Granny's classic Southern Carrot Cake recipe, packed full of pineapple, with coconut and walnuts. Layered with cream cheese frosting.

You'll need: - Flavorless oil  - Sugar - Eggs - Flour - Baking soda - Salt - Cinnamon - Vanilla extract - Grated carrots - Walnuts - Flaked coconut - Crushed pineapple

To make the cake as a layer cake, mix together the batter and split equally amongst two or three pans.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean and then stack with my no fail cream cheese frosting.
