Are you a Nutella lover?  These cinnamon rolls are for you! Homemade Nutella brioche dough, with chocolate hazelnut filling and fudgy  Nutella icing.

This recipe is divided into three parts: 1. Nutella brioche dough 2. Chocolate hazelnut and cinnamon filling 3. Nutella frosting.

For the dough, you'll need: - Milk - Yeast - Sugar - Flour - Bread flour - Salt - Butter - Nutella

The process here, follows the same steps as my standard Brioche Cinnamon Rolls, just with added Nutella!

Then, for the filling, you'll want: - Nutella - Chopped hazelnuts - Chocolate chips - Cinnamon

Roll the dough in a rectangle and spread the Nutella over your dough, then sprinkle with the cinnamon, chopped nuts and chocolate. Then roll up to a log.

Slice your log into rolls and let them proof at room temperature before giving them a quick egg wash and baking.

While still warm, frost with a thick Nutella icing before serving!
