This is an easy four ingredient dairy free recipe for the perfect coconut panna cotta. Sweetened with coconut condensed milk and no added sugar!

All you need to make this panna cotta: - Coconut cream - Coconut condensed milk - Powdered gelatine - Water

Start by sprinkling gelatine over water and set aside to soften.  While, in a large mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and most of your cream.

Then, heat the remaining cream in a saucepan until simmering. Once warmed, add the softened gelatine and stir to dissolve.

Slowly add the warm mixture to the large mixing bowl while whisking continuously. Decant into moulds or serving bowls to set.

When ready to serve, add a topping such as mango and raspberry sauce.
