For this easy panna cotta, there are 5 simple ingredients: - Yoghurt - Cream - Gelatine - Sugar - Pistachio Paste (the star of the show!)

The recipe is divided in two parts - cold ingredients and warm ingredients. Start with whisking cool ingredients in a large bowl.

While heating warm ingredients in a saucepan. 

Notice pistachio paste in both parts - warming this helps infuse the flavour more strongly in the cream!

Add softened gelatine to the warm ingredients and whisk lightly until smooth.

Pour the warm slowly into the cool, whisking to combine, and then decant into ramekins or serving glasses to set
