The BEST Biscoff Blondies
Soft and gooey Biscoff blondies! These easy blondie bars are loaded with Biscoff spread and topped with Lotus Biscoff cookies.
- Brown sugar
- Baking powder
Simply whisk together the butter and sugars, add the eggs, vanilla and Biscoff, then the dry ingredients.
Spread in a pan and top with crushed up cookies!
To get a super soft blondie, bake until a toothpick comes out mostly clean, but still has some crumbs! This ensures a gooey center. Let cool before slicing.
