The ingredients for this recipe are the same as a traditional cinnamon bun: - Strong flour - Yeast - Salt - Milk - Eggs - Butter - Brown Sugar - Ground Cinnamon

You'll begin by making the yeasted cinnamon roll dough - this requires a bit of kneading and patience to proof until doubled in size.

When doubled in size, turn this out on a lightly floured surface and roll into a large rectangle. Spread with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.

Now for forming the rolls! First fold the dough in half, creating a long thin rectangle. Divide this into 12 strips.

Twist each strip individually - this mimics the roll of cinnamon in traditional cinnamon buns.  Form these twists into a ring and pinch the ends together.

Place the dough rings in a readied donut baking mould.  Quick tip: silicone moulds require no greasing or prep and are super simple for this recipe!
