Ingredients for bun dough: - Flour - Brown sugar - Sugar - Milk - Yeast - Egg - Cinnamon - Salt - Butter

Ingredients for the fresh raspberry filling: - Raspberries - Almond extract - Cinnamon - Cornstarch - Butter

You'll want to start with making your dough - kneading together the ingredients until a smooth dough forms. This is best done with a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook.

Set the dough aside in a warm place. Allow this to proof until doubled in size. Meanwhile make your filling.

To make the filling, mash together the raspberries with the cornstarch, cinnamon and almond extract. Allow to sit to meld together.

Once dough is proofed, roll this out on a clean work surface. Spread with the butter and then top with raspberry filling, leaving space for this to spread.
