Dulce de Leche Buttercream
A quick two ingredient dulce de leche frosting. This caramel-like icing is an easy twist on a classic Russian buttercream.
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup dulce de leche
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the butter until smooth.
- Add the dulce de leche and beat this to combine until smooth.
