Fun fact - in the UK the term 'pudding' is often used to mean dessert. On this page, find some recipes for classic 'puddings' and other sweet treats that might not fit into other categories.

We have my take on some traditional puddings - such as a festive eggnog bread pudding or a Vietnamese influenced pandan flavoured rice pudding. And some of my own creations, like my very own Platinum Pudding, created in honour of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
