    Jams and Spreads

    Seasonal jams, preserves and curds are a fantastic way to use up fresh produce and transform it into an accompaniment to your bakes and desserts. Whether you're a long-time jam maker or just starting out, let me give you my tips and tricks for some fun and easy small batch recipes.

    Try some of my personal favourites: kiwi jam, pistachio paste and pink grapefruit curd. All quick, small batch and super simple!
