    Vintage Family Recipes

I learned to bake following the recipes of my grandmothers. Food is an incredibly important part of heritage and the link with tradition is something I treasure in baking.

These recipes are some classics that have been passed down in my family for generations. Some, such as fresh coconut cake, are Southern staples, direct from my Granny from North Carolina. Others are Italian-American recipes, passed down from my Grandmother and Great Aunt, such as Pizzelle and Biscotti. All are full of flavour and full of love.
